        Quick Enquiry

There are some healthy food habits that every woman should opt up during pregnancy. Because we do know this fact that no doubt, conception in some cases is not a problem but still there are chances of miscarriage if the woman is not keeping up with the healthy habits. According to the gynaecologist in Punjab, “ Many of the causes of miscarriages are coming to existence because of the unhealthy diet.” Even if the woman is taking up fertility treatment from a ruptured IVF Centre in Punjab, then she should be more aware of the diet she is intaking. If after hearing the term IVF Treatment you are thinking about its Cost, then be assured because Sofat hospital offers a reasonable IVF Cost.

Nutrient-Rich Foods that are must eat during fertility treatment:

        • Zinc Rich Foods

As we know, it is quintessential to maintain the optimal balance of hormones. Because most of the complicated conception cases come into origin because of the non-stimulation of the hormones. So when one either taking up the IVF treatment or has conceived naturally, they should take into account to consume the food items which are highly rich in zinc as follow:

        • The dairy products like Milk, curd, cheese etc.

        • Potatoes

        • Grains

        • Nuts like: Walnuts, Almonds etc

        • Carbohydrates

Carbohydrates are very necessary for the functioning of the variegated but important organs of the body. Because it is a nutrient that is responsible for stimulating energy in the body. This is the main reason the following mentioned food is included in the staple diet of the individuals :

        • Potatoes

        • Corns

        • Fruits and Vegetables

        • Cereals

        • Folic Acid

Folic Acid is required for the body before, during and after conception. So this is the main reason that the doctors must include spinach and citrus fruits in the diet plan.

        • Fat rich foods

There are quintessentially two kinds of fats. One is monounsaturated fat which is suggested to take up during pregnancy and that is obtained from the nuts and avocados. The other kind of fat includes unsaturated fat and that is not at all healthy for the body since it is obtained from oily food like french fries etc.

        • Protein-Rich foods

Protein is mandatory for a pregnant woman. Because in the postnatal period, the body of the female undergoes numerous changes and struggles for rehabilitation and that is highly supported by the protein content. So make sure that the woman who has successfully conceived either through fertility treatment or naturally, should eat the foods like marts and eggs that are considered as a good source of proteins.

        • Avocados

No matter whether you are pregnant or not, you should include eating one avocado in your daily diet routine because of its importance to reproductive health.

        Takeaway

If some foods are to be eaten during the pregnancy then are some which are to be avoided and those are raw eggs, caffeinated products like coffee and alcohol
