by adminon 5 June 2019in male infertility

Quick Enquiry

Not everyone knows that male infertility is totally different from female infertility, but there are so many ways to preserve male fertility. In order to do this you need to set a few goals for a healthy life.

The fertility of males is totally different from the fertility in females because age affects fertility in women. As such, women are born with a limited number of eggs. On the contrary, males are able to produce healthy sperm cells throughout life. But still, some males are suffering from male infertility which can only be treated by ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection) procedure. This infertility treatment is totally secure and gives you the real happiness and feeling of fatherhood.

Besides this treatment, you can also boost your fertility by adhering to the following :-

  • Healthy lifestyle habits
  • Quit smoking
  • Healthy eating.

Let’s have a look at the goals which you need to set right in order to boost your Fertility.

Eat Healthy

A healthy and balanced diet will lead to a happy and healthy lifestyle. You need to have a balanced diet which is rich in fibers, nutrients, and minerals. These are necessary to boost your fertility. You should stick to healthy eating regimen that should certainly  include the following

  • green leafy vegetables
  • fresh fruits
  • lentils.

One must also exercise daily in order to maintain his/her weight because obesity hinders fertility.

Prevent yourself from STDs

STD means sexually transmitted diseases. For example – HIV AIDS. These diseases are passed on from an affected person to another via unprotected sexual intercourse. Therefore, you must prevent yourself from STDs. You can use a condom for the same.

Quit Smoking

Whether you are a regular or a passive smoker. you need to quit smoking as soon as possible. Drugs like Tobacco and Nicotine are responsible for many types of health problems such as lung cancer, infertility, heart problems. In males, it leads to a low sperm count.

Consult your Doctor

If you notice any type of sexual health problem, then you need to visit your doctor so that he can examine you. If you are planning to be a father then it is necessary for you to discuss it with a doctor. He will ensure you maintain a good health so that it does not affect your family planning.

You can also go through fertility tests because these are necessary to be aware of your health condition. If you have any health issues then you must discuss them with a doctor before it gets too late.
