Surrogacy is mainly of two kinds:
Traditional surrogate Is that mother who gets inseminated with father’s semen and then she carries the baby and delivers it for the intended parents for upbringing. The reason is that it was her egg which was fertilized by father’s sperm.
This uses IVF to give babies to intended parents. The eggs are taken from mother, while sperm is fathers. The eggs and sperm both are kept for fertilization and then placed into the womb of a gestational surrogate. The gestational surrogate does not have any connection with the baby, because it wasn’t her egg which was used.
